The basic "Surf Doc" membership, primarily for those who see surfers as patients plus those involved in research, teaching, etc. Annual dues: US $75
Barefoot Doctor:
The basic SMA membership for nonprofessional surfers interested in learning how to take better care of themselves and others. Annual dues: US $35

Silver Surfer over 65 years:
