Nica Heartbeat is getting ready to open.  We have been helping consult with Nica Heartbeat on supplies and volunteers.  Nica Heartbeat will service the area of Hacienda Iguana.  There are many locals who need medical help in this area.  It is also on a phenomenal surf break.  For current political situations, we recommend you check with state.gov.
